Thank you for purchasing from The Ready Learner. As all of our products are digital, no physical items will be shipped.
Digital Resources
All printable resources and digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your download link or access instructions. In most cases, this is sent immediately. If you do not receive your email within a reasonable time, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Teacher-Assessed School Readiness Report
Our Teacher-Assessed School Readiness Report is a personalised service and follows a different delivery process.
After your purchase has been completed:
- A link to the School Readiness Parent Questionnaire will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
- Complete and submit the questionnaire at your convenience.
- Once your completed questionnaire has been received, it will be carefully reviewed by an experienced classroom and Learning & Support Teacher.
- Your personalised School Readiness Report will be prepared and delivered via email within 7 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
Please note that the 7-business-day timeframe begins only after the completed questionnaire has been submitted.
